You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details, including the recipient’s name, address, contact number, and any special instructions. We are not liable for failed or delayed deliveries resulting from incorrect information.
4.3 Pricing & Payment
- All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR)
- Payment is accepted via cash on delivery, bank transfer, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, and other methods as listed on the website
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will honor the price at the time of purchase
- Promotional prices are valid for specified periods only
5. Delivery
5.1 Delivery Areas
We deliver throughout Lahore including Gulberg, DHA, Johar Town, Bahria Town, Model Town, Cantt, and other areas. Nationwide shipping is available for select products.
5.2 Delivery Times
- Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 4:00 PM
- Midnight delivery (11:00 PM – 12:30 AM) is available with advance booking
- We aim to deliver within the agreed time window, but delivery times may vary due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances
- We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control
5.3 Delivery Attempts
If the recipient is unavailable at the delivery address, we will attempt to contact the customer. If delivery cannot be completed after reasonable attempts, the order may be left with a neighbor or building guard with your permission, or rescheduled at an additional charge.
5.4 Special Occasions
For high-demand dates (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Eid, etc.), we strongly recommend placing orders at least 2–3 days in advance. Delivery slots are limited during peak periods.

Wedding, corporate, and large event orders are subject to separate booking agreements. Custom and bulk orders require a minimum 50% advance deposit, which is non-refundable in the event of cancellation within 48 hours of the event. Full payment must be made before delivery.

Promotional discounts are subject to specific terms and validity periods. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
